New Britain NAACP to Host Pasta Dinner Fundraiser and Membership Event
Saying, “There are so many pasta-bilities when you get involved in your community,” the NAACP New Britain Branch is planning a pasta dinner fundraiser and membership event.
The event is to be Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at Spottswood A.M.E. Zion Church.
The event is $40 for pasta dinner and NAACP membership, $30 for membership or $15 for just the dinner.
The event is to include a keynote speaker and a call for people to join the NAACP
“Help us raise money for a great cause.”
The national NAACP, of which the New Britain NAACP is a part, says, “By becoming a member of NAACP, you’ll join a network of activists standing up to injustice, fighting back against systemic racism, and answering the call for equality.”
Spottswood A.M.E. Zion Church is located at 24 Crestwood Lane.
