Wellness at the New Britain Public Library: Gentle Yoga

The New Britain Public Library says its “Wellness in the Library” is to include Gentle Yoga.

The Library adds,

Come join us for our monthly wellness series! This month we’re offering Gentle Yoga, presented by Melissa. Bring a towel, blanket, or yoga mat to relax on, and come relax and unwind at the library!

The activity is Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
