“New Britain ROOTS will host the fundraiser on October 1, beginning at 11am at South Church,” New Britain ROOTS says, “which will feature school garden tours (via school bus), a farm-to-table lunch, and a silent auction that will feature locally made products. The money raised from the event will help support the City Growers, a youth apprenticeship program.”
