Tee Cruz Lavoy has announced a Back to School Backpack Drive event to donate backpacks to kids for the upcoming school year.
The event is to be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. It is to be from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
The event is to be at OIC of New Britain, which is located at 114 North Street.
Event organizers say that the, “Child must be present to receive backpack.”
Sponsors for the event include Dori and Ellis Burks, Rosehill Funeral Home, Antonio and Nicole Lavoy, Monica Black, Bobby Sanchez, Jenn DePietro, Tre Brown, Diana Reyes, Alden Russell and Nate Simpson.
