With, “Pastor Dana Smith on the grill” the Berlin Lions Club are sponsoring a “Food Giveaway” at the Howey House this weekend.
The event is to be held Saturday, October 10, 2020. It is planned for 12:00pm to 3:00pm.
The event is to be at the Friendship Center’s Howey House, located at 180 North Street.
“Join us at a ‘Community Event’ in the parking lot of Howey House,” event organizers say. “Food Give-Away provided by Lions Club — Pastor Dana Smith on the grill.”
“Let’s be safe,” event organizers add. “This is MUST Mask event & social distancing is a MUST.”
The event is sponsored by Teeza Barbershop, New Life II Ministries, Greater New Britain Re-Entry, the Community Chest of New Britain and Berlin and the North-Oak Neighborhood Revitalization Zone.
“All are welcome,” organizers say.
