PAL Midnight Basketball to be at Osgood Park May 17th and 18th

The New Britain Police Athletic League has announced that its Midnight Basketball program will be held at Osgood Park on both Friday and Saturday this week.

PAL announced at program update that, “PAL Midnight Basketball will be held at Osgood Park Friday (5/17) & Saturday (5/18) this week.”

The PAL Midnight Basketball program began on May 3, 2019.

The new program by the New Britain Police Athletic League will be held every Friday and Saturday night.

Midnight Basketball will be from 6:00pm to 10:00pm on each night of the program, supervised by a New Britain Police officer.

Normally, on Friday nights, the basketball will be at New Britain High School, and on Saturdays it will be held at Osgood Park.

The open court-style games are open to all middle and high school students. Teams are to be formed based on age and grade level.

New Britain High School is at 110 Mill Street. Osgood Park is located at at 544 Osgood Avenue
