Join us on December 28th at Gallery 66 for an intimate guided meditation led by Ysanne, created as a follow-up to The Healing Stage. This gathering is designed to help you release, integrate, and settle into deeper peace before the new year begins.

Through grounding exercises, breathwork, and reflective writing, we’ll explore what it means to return to yourself after a season of emotional heaviness.
