Justice for Katherine Colon: Reinsch Now Works for Middletown PD

Today, due to a tip sent to us by a member of our community, we discovered a post from Mayor Erin Stewart’s personal, private facebook account, alleging that Killer Cop Connor Reinsch no longer works for the City of New Britain. We were able to independently confirm that he was sworn in to the Middletown Police Department on August 27. This comes off the tails of the city announcing on Katherine’s birthday, June 29, that he had returned to full duty in New Britain.

Mayor Erin Stewart and Police Chief Matthew Marino failed to remove a killer cop. Instead, he fled the city—likely pressured by our demands for accountability. Now, city officials remain silent as he seeks a fresh start elsewhere. In Middletown, who knows what harm he may cause next?

Justice for Katherine has not been served. We won’t rest until Killer Cop Connor Reinsch is decertified and off the streets of our communities
