CT People’s Survival Programs Hosting Summer of Solidarity Back to School Resource Days

The CT People’s Survival Programs is hosting Summer of Solidarity Back to School Resource Days at two New Britain parks, ahead of the 2025-26 school year.

“Join us for two back-to-school events in New Britain!” the community organization says. “Both events are free and open to the public.”

The “Back-to-School Resource Day – Osgood Park” is to be Saturday, August 16th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

The “Back-to-School Resource Day – Willow Street Park” is Saturday, August 23rd from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

The organization says that the topic is “Funding Our Future & Parent Advocacy,” adding that the events are to include, free meals, free school supplies and children’s programming, and that, “child must be present.”
