The Diaspora Multicultural Society’s Third Multicultural Festival brought music and food to a warm late summer afternoon.
The festival brought music to the air at the Society’s East Side location.
Attendees dined on food, while enjoying a relaxing time on the warm September Saturday.
The Festival was Saturday, September 12, 2020 on the grounds of the Society’s building on John Street.
The Society had held the festival with restrictions and mask-wearing, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The organization has said that, “The festival further serves Diaspora’s mission of bringing together a diverse crowd to commingle and build community.”
The Diaspora Multicultural Society, Inc. is located at 90 John Street in New Britain’s East Side.
The Society says that it, ” is a diverse social club that hosts events that appeal to many interests- from socially conscious programming to partying/laid back good times.”
