Spottswood AME Zion Church has announced that it it is planning a ‘Trunk or Treat’ event to be held on Halloween evening.
“Come join us for an environment of safe, fun Trick or Treating!” event organizers say. “Or should we say Trunk or Treating.”
The event, which organizers say is open to the entire community, is to include, “light refreshments, fun and fellowship.”
“Bring the little ones,” organizers say, “12 and under.”
The event is to be on October 31, 2019 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
The Spottswood African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, often affectionately called, “The Spott,” says that it, “is a community of believers dedicated to the service of humanity through the development and implementation of community oriented ministries.”
The Church is led by The Rev. Samuel C. Blanks, Pastor.
Spottswood AME Zion Church is located at 25 Crestwood Lane.
