The New Britain Youth Museum at Hungerford Park will hold an Easter “Eggstravaganza” on March 31, 2018 to “welcome spring at Hungerford.”
“Visit with our rabbits and hunt for Easter surprises,” says the Museum.
The event will feature an egg hunt, ongoing from 10:30am to 12:30pm. “The number of eggs collected by each child will be limited,” says the museum. “Bring your bag/basket to collect eggs.”
“Each child will receive a goody bag at the end of the hunt,” the Museum says, inviting children, after the egg hunt, to, “come back to the museum to meet our animals, play in the bear cave, purchase a snack at the bake sale, play outside, and do a craft.”
The event, for children up to ten years old, is free for members and $10 per participating child for non-members. The Museum says that the, “Cost includes the event and admission to the museum for the day.”
The New Britain Youth Museum at Hungerford Park is located at 191 Farmington Avenue in Kensington, just outside of New Britain, and its phone number is 860-827-9064.
