PAL “Little Ninjas” Karate Program Accepting Registrations

The New Britain PAL Karate Program has announced its newest program, “Little Ninjas” karate.

The Little Ninjas karate program will instruct children ages three to six in karate skills and concepts. “Structured 30 minute classes,” PAL says, will, “give the opportunity for students to learn karate in a fun environment.”

Classes will start on January 26, 2018. The program for children, ages three to four is from 5:30pm to 6:00pm. The program for children ages five to six is from 6:00pm to 6:30pm.

PAL says that a typical class schedule will be,

  1. “Welcome and Warmups – Greet students and discuss the concept of the day. Warmups that get everyone settled down, focused and ready to learn.”
  2. “Technique of the Day – Each concept has an associated technique.”
  3. Game of the Day – Each concept has an associated game. These get the students involved in what the concept of the day is and contributes to the motor skills necessary to excel in a karate program.”
  4. “Review and Dismiss – Review the concept of the day and what we did.”

PAL says that. “Uniforms are available (The uniform is not required until the last class. However, we do like to make one order per session,” and that, “This is an ongoing class that allows students to achieve belt levels and continually renew every 12 weeks.” PAL adds that the classes are taught by the Institute of Martial Arts, Cheezic Tang Soo Do Federation.
