The annual Unity in the Community Cookout will be Saturday, September 23, 2017.
The event is a celebration of African American culture and community, organized to bring people together in fellowship and friendship.
Unity in the Community will have activities for all ages, and the public is invited.
It will be from 11:00am to 4:00pm and will take place in A.W. Stanley Park.
The Cookout is organized by the Unity in the Community Committee.
