New Britain Youth Theater’s Haunted House will depict “sinister scenes from seasons past.” On short guided tours, past some of the theater’s most freakish and bizarre set pieces and props, visitors will find characters from past productions who’ve been made more evil, ghostly, or “zombified.” A couple of original sinister characters will also appear. The Haunted House will feature actors from NBYT’s current productions and its improv theater classes.

Haunted House hours are 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, October 28 and 29, at NBYT at the New Britain-Berlin YMCA at 50 High Street in New Britain. A donation of $3 for adults and $2 for children, students, and seniors is suggested.

Information on NBYT classes and programs and tickets for the upcoming production of Elf the Musical Jr will also be available. All visitors to the Haunted House may also enter to win four tickets to Elf with no purchase necessary.
