The event was hosted by the McDonald’s franchise owner, Joe Rodriguez. Participating dignitaries included State Senator Terry Gerratana, Secretary of the State Denise Merrill and Mayor Erin Stewart.

Three Kings Day, the Feast of the Epiphany, is a joyous and vibrant celebration in Puerto Rico and other Caribbean islands and Latin America and for Latinos in United States. The celebration recalls the biblical story of Three Kings arriving with honor and gifts for the newborn Jesus.

In the traditional Three Kings Day celebration children anxiously await the arrival of the Three Kings bearing gifts for them.
