People gathered for food, music and prayer at the 2017 Latin Festival in Walnut Hill Park August 19th.
The Festival was organized by the New Britain Latino Coalition and Kohoe Centers.
The event featured live music and different vendors and tables connecting people with different services and resources available to them.
Sunny and warm late summer weather added to the festive celebration of Latino cultures.
The Latino Coalition also shared with the public the designs for the soon-to-be-built Monument in honor of the 65th Infantry Borinqueneers.
