North Oak NRZ Community Cleanup April 15th

The North Oak NRZ has announced that there will be a North Oak NRZ Community Cleanup Saturday, April 15, 2017, 9:00am to 12:00pm, meeting at the Police Substation in Oak Street.

A breakfast will be served from 8:30am to 9:00am.

The neighborhood cleanup is being done in collaboration with the NBPD, CCSU, City of New Britain, Lutheran Church, as well as with many other agencies and local churches.

Organizers encourage people to, “come out and support our North-Oak neighborhood! This cleanup will be also in memory of fallen FBI Agent Samuel Hicks. He was a dedicated young man to this country. He is a great inspiration for the youth!

“A $5.00 dollar gift certificate will be given to the first 40 children/youth that will come to do the cleanup with us.”
